Dean Ramey Inspires Graduating Students

Dean Ramey recently gave an inspiring talk to graduating students on maximizing opportunities and making connections. Here are a few of the Dean's tips on connecting to the community and preparing for a successful legal career.
  1. Always put forth your passion and make it larger than you.
  2. Life has a way of being a great leveler. When talking to impressive people, don't be intimidated because people love finding a point of commonality with each other.
  3. Nothing will happen in life if you are not there. Showing up is 90% of the game.
  4. There is nothing in life like a face-to-face encounter. Don't let social media keep you isolated from the human component of life. Remember that no one really knows who you are until they physically see you.
GGU Law students and alumni can see Dean Ramey's entire talk by logging into LCSonline.
